Cooee Conversions is a Sydney-based vehicle fit-out company specializing in transforming vans and vehicles into fully customized, functional, and stylish mobile homes. Whether for off-grid adventures, weekend getaways, or full-time van life, Cooee Conversions turns ordinary vehicles into extraordinary living spaces designed for freedom and exploration.
The name Cooee has deep historical roots, originating from an Aboriginal language, where it means "come here." Traditionally used as a call to attract attention over long distances, Cooee has since become a well-known and widely used term across Australia. It symbolizes connection, adventure, and exploration—values that perfectly align with the spirit of Cooee Conversions. Just like the call that carries through vast landscapes, their custom vehicle fit-outs are designed to take you wherever the road leads, ensuring you're always ready for the next journey.
Since Cooee Conversions’ vehicle fit-outs are designed for adventure, we infused a strong travel vibe into their brand identity. Our creative process began with in-depth research, drawing inspiration from the 70s and 80s—an era when van life and road trips became a cultural movement.
From colors and typography to symbols and patterns, every element of the identity reflects freedom, exploration, and simplicity. We chose warm, earthy tones to evoke a sense of comfort and nostalgia, paired with clean typography that mirrors the company’s straightforward and functional approach.

We embraced the inner shadow effect for the building sign, bringing it to life with a two-layer acrylic design. The first layer features a precision-cut logo, positioned 5 centimeters away from the second layer. This thoughtful spacing allows natural sunlight to cast a subtle inner shadow, creating a dynamic and ever-changing depth effect throughout the day. The result is a sleek, modern sign that not only enhances visibility but also reinforces the brand’s distinctive style.
A strong online presence is essential for any business, so we designed a fully interactive website for Cooee Conversions. This platform serves as a hub where they can showcase their projects, detail their vehicle fit-out process, and share inspiring travel stories. With a seamless user experience and engaging visuals, the website captures the essence of adventure and craftsmanship, making it easy for visitors to explore, connect, and start their own journey on the road.
