This is a 40min long interview between Rob Coombs - Interface Managing director of Australia and New Zealand, and Rhoda Roberts - Cultural Consultant, who worked with Interface on their Home project - reconciliation action plan.
Interface has worked on the Home project since 2019, and this video explains why they started and why the Home project is valuable for the future of Interface.
The interview is supposed to be just an internal video to explain to their employees why they are working on the project. After sharing the interview with all the employees, the video started to become more and more popular, and Interface decided to repurpose a few bits of the interview for social media and their website.
