For the past four years, we’ve had the privilege of capturing the Optus Success Retreat, an annual two-day event designed to bring together Customer Success leaders for an immersive experience of learning, collaboration, and personal growth. Hosted at The William Inglis Hotel in Warwick Farm, this retreat has continually evolved, offering a perfect balance of educational workshops, leadership discussions, and dynamic team-building activities.
From the very first retreat, it was clear that this event was more than just a corporate gathering—it was an opportunity for leaders to connect, share insights, and strengthen their teamwork in a setting that fosters both professional and personal development. The agenda is carefully curated each year to include marketing workshops, insightful keynote talks, and engaging interviews, providing attendees with valuable industry knowledge and leadership strategies.
What sets the Optus Success Retreat apart is its integration of active and hands-on experiences that push participants out of their comfort zones, both physically and mentally. Over the years, attendees have taken part in ice baths, boxing classes, HIIT workouts, and drum circles, as well as creative sessions like clay modeling—all designed to challenge, inspire, and encourage resilience, mindfulness, and teamwork. These activities are not just for fun; they reinforce key leadership principles such as adaptability, discipline, and collaboration—qualities essential for a high-performing team.
Each year, the retreat creates an electrifying atmosphere where leaders are not just absorbing information but actively participating, connecting, and growing together. Our role in capturing these moments—through photography and videography—has allowed us to document the energy, camaraderie, and transformation that unfolds over the two days.
As we step into our fourth year covering the Optus Success Retreat, we’re excited to once again showcase the passion, dedication, and innovation that define this event. Through our lenses, we aim to preserve the essence of these retreats—highlighting the power of shared experiences, the impact of continuous learning, and the strength of a unified team.
