The Optus Success Retreat was a two-day gathering held at The William Inglis Hotel in Warwick Farm, with 330 Customer Success leaders present. Throughout the course of the event, workshops, talks, and interviews took place alongside numerous active activities such as ice baths, boxing classes, and HIIT workouts. The aim of the retreat was to unite the leaders, allowing them to gain knowledge from one another and ultimately form a better functioning team. The atmosphere was incredible as all members were simultaneously learning and having fun.
