Tired of the same old, generic events with standard branding? So are we!
Designing this event branding was one of the biggest challenges we have had, but there’s nothing Hidden Studio can’t tackle. Although Hidden Studio is just a young studio, our director Ondrej Sustek has over a decade of experience in the industry, and he came up with creative solutions for every aspect of the event, making it all come to life.
The activation zone was thoughtfully designed to cater to both children and athletes who had just completed the race and needed a place to relax and stretch. To ensure everyone had their own space, we split the activation zone into two distinct sections: General and VIP. The General section, which was twice the size of the VIP area, was dedicated to children, featuring a stretch zone, Spin & Win wheel, archery dart, face painting, snack bar, and a large media wall with Salesforce mascots to keep the kids entertained throughout the event.
The VIP section offered a more relaxing atmosphere for the athletes, with a coffee cart, massage area, and a chill zone featuring cozy bean bags to give participants a chance to recharge.
